Every review is done and signed off by Shankar Jha, who has more than 27 years in Customs and EXIM work, a Certificate in Central Excise and Customs (MCCIA, Pune) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade (University of Pune). Replying to Customs queries is the core of our work.

Common questions
Is an AI-written reply wrong by default?
No. It can be a good starting point. The risk is a reply that sounds right but quotes a rule that does not apply, misses a point in the query, or does not match your documents. That is what the review finds.
Can you guarantee the Customs officer will accept the reply?
No one can. The decision is the officer's. We make sure your reply is accurate, complete and properly supported.
